The results of the "CommonWealth Magazine Corporate Social Responsibility Award," organized by CommonWealth Magazine, have been announced. Cherng Tay has been honored with the "CommonWealth Sustainable 100" award and has been presented with the prestigious CommonWealth Sustainable Citizen Award trophy. It is the only chemical materials company among the Small Giants category (with annual revenue below 5 billion) to receive this recognition. Remarkably, this achievement was attained on our first application, earning recognition from experts and scholars.

This award is among the most influential sustainability awards in Taiwan, and the evaluation process takes into account various international assessment indicators and trends, including the OECD guidelines for multinational enterprises, the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, and the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It comprehensively assesses companies' sustainability performance across four major dimensions: "Corporate Governance," "Corporate Commitment," "Social Engagement," and "Environmental Sustainability." Ultimately, it selects Taiwan's most promising companies that not only serve as excellent investment indicators but also contribute to making Taiwan a better place through their sustainability efforts.
